1. Free Demo Class

We offer one free demo class per student before enrolling in any paid plan. No payment is required for the demo.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:
- Cancellation is requested within 3 days of purchase and before the second paid session begins.
- A technical issue on our end prevents you from attending sessions, and no solution is provided in time.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

- Missed classes due to personal reasons (e.g., illness, vacation).
- If your child attends 2 or more paid sessions.
- Customized worksheets or private sessions once delivered.

4. Rescheduling Policy

- Classes can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.
- Missed classes without notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

5. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days if approved.
